Recruitment Specialist
Duties:
• Filling the vacant positions in our existing branches whether blue or white collars and also pumping our new branches with the best calibers.
• Making interviews with the candidates and deciding who will enter the 2nd or technical interview (according to the job’s nature).
• Supporting the Recruitment Section Head in implementing the recruitment’s plan and objectives.
• Responsible for the online recruitment through recruitment and social networking websites.

• Responsible for the headhunting process through the known channels.
• Responsible for arranging with the employment fairs and also represent our company through it.
• Responsible for receiving the hiring documents from the accepted candidates and following up with them in the first three months.
• Suggesting new recruitment channels and ideas.
• Submitting weekly recruitment status reports to the Recruitment Section Head and when required.
• Submitting monthly hiring report to the Recruitment Section Head.
• Performing any other tasks as required.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree, HR Studies is a plus.
– Minimum 1 year experience.
– Ability to learn new tasks.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Presentable.
– Ability to build excellent relations.
