– Handle Customers’ inquiries related to technical problems
– Provide the customers with quick solutions and exceed their expectations
Requirements:
– Graduates with a bachelor degree
– Technical and troubleshooting background in networking
– Preferred CCNA Holder
– Very good command of English Language
– Males Only (Exempted/Completed Military Service)
– Maximum age 27 years
Work Conditions:
– Location: El Mohandessin
– Working Hours: 8 working hours rotational shifts & 2 days
