Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products: Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation. 2) develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data. 3) Analyze product performance indicators, initiate and verify appropriate corrective actions. 4) May
specialize in areas of quality control engineering, such as design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, health and safety measures, research and development, and administrative application. 5) May manage quality control program. Preparation and management of quality assurance requirements. • Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and are given actions to non-conformities, satisfactions of customers • Ensure implementation of QA/ QC policies. Work for all the processes and documentation of ISO/QMS Auditing. • Review, implement revise/new and required standards, while maintaining adequate records and reports periodically of concern departments (Documentations & Records) • Awareness of ISO9001,14001 and OHSAS 18001.
