Job Description
• Contact regular and potential customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and receive orders.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.
• Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability.
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
• Identify potential customers by using business directories.
• Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
• Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports, keeping sales records, etc….
Skills
In methods showing, promoting, and selling products.
In providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
Active listener, with very high capability of persuasion and oral expressions.
