Help desk support for O.S , Microsoft office SW and Email client – Email client Thunderbird, Microsoft outlook (2007, 2010) , Outlook Express ..configuration, backup and restore – Windows XP PRO, Windows 7, and office 2007 – Troubleshooting hardware and software (PCs and Laptops) problems – Administration of network printers, scanners and Finger print – Troubleshooting DVR Cams.. – Backup policy using windows tool – Install and deploy antivirus – Contact suppliers to get offers of software and hardware and discuss with the Procurement Director – Responsible for all office equipment maintenance agreements and follow up Additional requirement: – Problem Solving, supporting internal users in solving trouble shooting problems, able to communicate professionally with employees and suppliers, able to work under stress and handle multi tasks
