Nutricia Egypt Services is looking to hire a Pharmacy Representative with an experience of 0-1year in the field.
Education: Degree in Science preferred, or vet medicine.
The job is needed for the areas: Cairo, Alexandria, Delta & Upper Egypt.
Following responsibilities will be duties of the Pharmacy Representative.
• Periodical visits to Pharmacist to establish strong relations and become preferred brand with them.
• With the appropriate level of scientific/commercial argumentation and relationship development, convince Pharmacist to recommend or prescribe our products and brands
• Ensure all pharmacists receive the right message and information.
• Sell / explain the benefit of our product to the pharmacist.
• Continuously find ways to improve service and relationship with pharmacists.
• Conduct group meetings / round tables for pharmacists.
• Provide / facilitate the required trainings for chain pharmacies according to the agreed plan with the chain management.
• Identity business opportunities within respective area and evaluate learning’s to develop business initiatives and tactics to realize the sales potential
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information and hand outs and answer any question from pharmacist.
• Following up customer queries/complaints
• Ensure availability of the portfolio and monitor stock turn in pharmacy channel.
• Ensure that all business is conform to the WHO and local government code of ethics for infant formula products
• Daily database management and compliance with administrative procedures & processes
