– Quality assurance specialist (code Q )
* Experience required from 1 – 3 year
* Prefers to work in the field of restaurants and knowledgeable enough quality systems and how to apply .
The main objective of the job
Quality Specialist is responsible for the application of the policies and procedures established by the quality of the company , is also responsible for assisting in the application of any new procedures for one of the necessary quality certificates .
Tasks and responsibilities
• implementation of quality policies followed company
• the work of field visits in accordance with the agreed timetable of Quality Management
• Follow up on receiving the plant and ensure the application of quality standards
• Monitoring and reviewing the central kitchen and the campaign and production centers and warehouses and prepare the necessary reports with regard to quality and the application of quality standards agreed
• screening and follow-up customer comments
• Ensure delivery, customer reviews of restaurants all week for company driver
• data entry, customer reviews and prepare a monthly analysis based on customer comments restaurant
• such other functions as are direct attribution of Director
• help in sending samples from restaurants to specialized centers with direct manager
