About the Job
- Distribute of quality policies and procedures and participation in explaining them to employees and employees of the company.
- Maintain quality assurance records to ensure that they are available and not damaged
- Participate in monitoring and internal audit on all departments and departments to ensure their application of the procedures.
- Participate in the work of verification of the production processes in the factory and the cleanliness of the plant and its surroundings and the cleanliness of the workers to ensure their conformity with quality standards
- Follow up the implementation of regulations and instructions related to the application of procedures
- Member of the internal audit team of the company’s quality system.
- Participate in evaluating the performance of employees and employees in all departments through their application of quality standards.
- Check storage conditions in warehouses, raw materials, raw materials and production requirements (packaging materials) to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Follow up the customer complaints inspection and analysis through the complaints officer in order to achieve the satisfaction of our customers and take corrective action necessary to avoid recurrence.
- Periodic reporting of achievements, problems and failures to the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor (Science / Agriculture / Veterinary)
- Excellent knowledge of quality management requirements.
- Knowledge of the requirements for obtaining local and international quality certificates such as (GMP – ISO 9001/2015 – ISO 22000/2018).
- Ability to control the application of quality procedures.
- V.Good computer skills (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
