Job Description:
Head of Design will have overall responsibility for all production work completed by the Design team and for providing the strategic direction for the department in advancing the organization to its potential.
Ensuring that all Design work is completed to the highest standard.
Ensuring that working processes (planning, testing, & documentation etc) are efficient & adhered to by the Design team.
Line management of the Design team.
Quality control and improvement of departmental output.
Maintain communication and relationships between Design and other departments within The Company.
Quality of work produced to meet project requirements.
Ensuring suitable communication/updates are being provided by the Design team to internal and external clients on project status.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor degree in Architecture.
An experience from 10 to 15 years of working for practice.
Are able to make use of the latest technologies.
Have the capability to identify and solve technical problems.
Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and your colleagues.
Continually work to improve client satisfaction.
