Tamweely is one of the leading companies in Microfinance sector is looking for talented : Office Manager .
Job Description :
– Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office.
– Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment.
– Provide general support to visitors.
– Overseeing general office operation.
– Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing Executive board member calendars and schedules.
– Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
– Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures.
– Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
– Design and implement filing systems.
– Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
– Attend Meeting and prepare minutes of meetings.
Requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
– Five to seven years of experience As PA.
– Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
