About the Job
- Establishing and carrying out the organizational strategy and objectives.
- Directing organization’s business, credit risk, operations, IT, finance and other functions.
- Consulting company top management and the Board about the company strategy, operations and results.
- Actively participate in building up the company team of loan officers, underwriters and other staff.
- Actively participate in building partnerships with key industry players.
- Provide other required management support in the areas of IT, marketing, budgeting, financial management, regulatory reporting and compliance, etc.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum 3-years experience as senior manager, deputy senior manager, head of division/department in banks, microfinance companies, finance or other business establishments.
- Good understanding of banking or microfinance credit business.
- Experience with developing, getting top management approval and implementing strategies, plans, business plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, team player skills.
- Result driven and result oriented.
