Secretary
Responsibilities :
· Mange and arrange Chairman and board members
· Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, travel arrangements, etc
· Organize the Chairman’s calendar and arrange meetings
· Remind the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines.
· Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
· Make travel arrangements for Chairman and board members.
· Booking tickets ,connecting with different embassies and traveling arrangements.
Requirements
· Degree in Commerce or business administration.
· Not less than 2 years of experience in an executive secretary role.
· Fluent English IS A MUST.
· Age from 27 up to 35.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Multitasking and time management.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Presentable.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure.
Salary is negotiable plus bonus and allowances, medical, life and social insurance from the first working day.
