Sedra ElectricSedra Electric is seeking to hire Sales representatives who will be in charge of the following:
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services.
Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Track all sales activities for the competitors.
Communicate customer and prospect services pain points to appropriate departments.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
Meet and/or exceed quotas.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Must have a car.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
2-3 years of sales experience.
Experience in light current and automation is required.
Experience in B2B and B2C selling.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
