Resolve customer complaints via phone & meetings.

Report in a timely manner overdue installments collection status Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the customer service department.
Job Requirements
Experience Needed 2 : 4 years
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
