Marketing Specialist

Location:
– Gree Plaza, Alexandria.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate store daily operations.
– Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
– Supervise and motivate staff to perform, and evaluate employee performance.
– Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues and expenses.
– Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable.
– Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail field is a must.
– Bachelor’s degree is a must.
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– High problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Flexibility to work in shifts.
– Good command of English .
– Maximum age 32 years.

Position: Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
· Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
· Monitor social media content and campaigns to make sure they are up to international standards.
· Follow up on community management and moderation.
· Follow up on all of the designs and production to make sure they fit our theme.
· Responsible for all the digital and on ground activations that was specified in the marketing calendar in the targeted areas.
· Plan and execute campaigns and events
· Responsible for building a marketing plan from scratch to AirZone’s marketing department.
· Responsible for maintaining all digital marketing reports, yearly marketing calendar plan and yearly marketing budget plan to be approved by Managing Partner.
Qualifications
· 1-2 years’ of marketing experience
· BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
· Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
· Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
· Very good English speaker.
