Location : The 3rd Settlement – New Cairo
Responsibilities :
– Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
– Follow up, and prepare all belonging to the insurance offices like sick leaves and insurance forms 1, 6, and 2.
– Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
– Responsible for Archiving and reviewing employee files
– Responsible for the hiring process according to Egyptian Labor Law and all work related to social insurance and labor offices.
– Create and update personnel records for each employee and maintain the employee database system.
Requirements :
– BSc of Business Administration or relevant field.
– Min. 3 years experience as HR Personnel Specialist.
– Excited to work in the HR field – Especially personnel & payroll.
– Proficient in dealing with Microsoft office & any other programs.
– Gender Males only.
