Job Recruitments:
· Sales coordinator and answering customer requests and following up with them (e-commerce platforms).
· Checking up with the problems sales team can have.
· Order fulfillment and Packaging.
· Following up with the shipping company.
· Handling customer complaints and exchanges.
· Handling orders from different sales channels.
· Data entry of products on the website.
· Good team work and communication skills.
· Good social media background.
· Good Shopify and Woo commerce knowledge.
Job Details:
· Good command of English.
· Good knowledge in Microsoft excel.
· Minimum 1 year experience.
· Career level: Entry Level (Junior Level / Fresh Grad).
· Education Level:Bachelor’s Degree.
· Salary: Negotiable.
