GM assistant in Sheikh Zayed
Job Requirements:
– University degree
– 2 to 3years of experience.
– Good English writing skills
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry.
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Have an accounting background
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– Preferred living in October City or Zayed City
– 5 days per week from 8:30 to 5:30
