As we are a leading company in the grocery market, we are looking for somebody who has the capabilities to work in a managerial position in the stores operation.
🔹 Job Description:
• We are looking for a high-performing District Responsible to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
• Monitors all our retail activities, marketing activities, shelf position, etc …..
• Monitor all stores activities to insure satisfied clients
• Listen to customers complains to address and resolve their issue
• Monitor and motivate sales staff to put their best in order to achieve financial goals.
• Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each store
• Ensure complains with health (Safety policies and procedure at retail stores
• Evaluate operation and financial records to determine sales performance of retail store
• Establish new customers and strengthen relationships with exciting clients
• Raising turnover of refill stores
🔹Candidate information:
Gender : Any
Age : 30 years old
* (Exempted from the military service)
* University graduated.
* Very Good command of English (written and verbal).
* Good numerical, analytic, interpersonal and networking skills.
* The ability to develop, coach, mentor and motivate a team.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills with store team, customers and all levels of corporate and field management.
