Kheyoot is now hiring ” HR Specialist ”
Job Description:
– Plan and conduct interview and selection procedures, including setting selection criteria, screening calls, assessments & in-person interviews and preparing job offers.
– Conduct sourcing activities through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
– Responsible for People management, Employee’s relations, Employees Personnel (Contracts, filing system) to ensure the alignment with the Labor Law.
– Be responsible for the employee database system as well as employment files
Job Requirements:
– BSc Degree in any relevant field
– 2-3 years of experience in hiring for white and blue collars.
– Very good in MS office skills
– Males Only
