Job Description
– Implement approved plans of the Admin Department
– Prepare administrative policies and procedures in coordination with other departments.
– Monitor the use and maintenance of equipment, means of transportation, and other administrative services.
– Handle company cars maintenance and dealing with traffic authorities, handling all needed licenses for vehicles owned by the company and the handling of all violations related to them.
– Prepare and Rehabilitate the headquarters, and take the necessary preventive and remedial measures to maintain the office.
– Take full responsibility for the security and preservation of the company’s contents from theft and has the right to issue instructions and decisions that allows him to do so.
– Develop the company’s hygiene, cleaning and buffet plans, shifts planning and coordination with department supervisors.
– Follow up on all external contracts for services related to workers (accommodation and transportation) and update them regularly.
– Supervise initiation and delivery of the administrative uniform to new employees and current employees periodically.

Job Requirements
– Males Only
– Bachelor degree.
– SAP experience is a must.
– Minimum of 4 Years of Experience.
– Good command of English.
– Excellent communication & Negotiating Skills.
– Problem Solving Skills.
– Strong verbal communication skills.
