McDonalds Egypt is hiring for the construction and development Department:
*Maintenance Supervisor* :
§ Monitors and controls the installation process by coordinating the efforts of others
§ Assists in establishing an ongoing procedure of checks and final inspection against defects before equipment/material is put to use
§ Provides technical support for new product development as required by Electro Mechanical Manager
§ Assists in planning equipment maintenance programs for existing stores
§ Processes equipment upgrades for existing restaurants
§ Maintains working relationships with suppliers, contractors and staff within assigned area or projects.
§ Cultivates and promotes working relationships with other McDonald’s departments, construction partners and other outside organizations
§ Evaluates and assess the performance of the equipment suppliers and service agents, provides regular feedback on performance against agreed measurement criteria
§ Manages and leverages the services the vendors provide to ensure efficiency and quality standards are in line with McDonald’s standards and compliance agreements
§ Introduces cost competitiveness and exercises cost controls to ensure the best value for all projects.
Requirement:
– Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical ( V. Good GPA ).
– 3 to 5 Years of experience as a supervisor or consultant.
