My Mall EG is hiring Customer Service Agent in Cairo.
Job Description:
Achieve and ensure customer satisfaction via maintaining a positive, kind and professional attitude.
Helping with challenging client requests or issue escalations if needed.
Acknowledging and resolving clients’ complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Adhere to the department instructions and SLA.
Keeping records of clients’ interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Job Requirements:
1-2 years in a similar role
Familiarity with the E-Commerce industry is a plus
Familiar with Fresh Desk system is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Patience and calm when handling aggressive cases
Reporting and Multi-tasking abilities
