Job Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment Blue and white collar prefer in sales.
• Bachelor degree in any field.
• recruitment specialist is responsible for the entire recruiting cycle and undertakes all hiring activates from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
• Recruitment specialist include connecting with potential candidates, screening applications.
• Create and publish jobs in various portals (Wuzzaf, Forsna ) .
• Recruitment specialist is responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
