PICO Modern Agriculture is looking for “ Export Sales Specialist ”
Job Responsibility:
-Record all the reviewed documents properly for analysis and present the results.
-Responsible for customer invoicing and follow up the collection with customers.
-Keep an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivables.
-Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all accounting transactions.
-Monitors revenue and expenses and review all financial data.
-Enter the financial data on the ERP system.
-Searching and finding customers abroad.
-Ongoing work with suppliers, negotiating the price and terms of payment, closing agreement.
-Work with international freight forwarders and customs brokerage.
-Coordination with the production house at regular intervals for replenishment and follow-ups, Shipment planning as well as updating customers on regular intervals.
-Providing Care and solution to customers, sending quotes, responsible for service and encashment.
-Responsible to open new Markets and achieve company goals.
-Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery, requirements.
-Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics.
-Responsibility of handling orders and transportation, reviewing all import and export shipping documents.
-Supervision of fiscal domain, issuing invoices and orders.
Job Qualifications:
– 1 to 2 years of sales experience in related field in FMCG Company.
Required Skills:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Meticulous with high attention to detail
-Very good communication skills.
-Able to work with a team spirit.
-Work dedicated and able to work under challenging conditions.
-Good written and verbal communication skills
