Secretary / Office Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
● Managing and following up tasks with the manager and employees
● Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
● Managing the company’s E – content
● Managing employer’s files
● Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
● Managing company’s social media pages
● Receive certain assignments, handle several departments, and present final results in reports.
● Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
● Internal and external arrangements for company visitors.
● Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
● Greet and receive visitors.
● Perform any other requested tasks.

● Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative
● Presentable
● Assistant
● Female
● Excellent communication skills
● Proficient in MS Office and Strong computer skills.
● Excellent written and verbal skills
● Negotiation skills
● must also be organized, able to multitask, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
