*Job description:-
-Contact existing customers and new prospects through outbound call database to attempt to sell our products and services.
-Utilize the database to identify customers who have bought a product in the past or prospects whoes profiles indicate that they’re likely to buy.
-Answer customers , queries about delivery , features and benefits of our products , and products quality.
-handle customers , complains , objections , and show full support according to our policies , and regulations.
-They may also contact customers after a sale to check that they’re satisfied with their purchase.
-Ensure database integrity.
*Qualifications:-
Bachelor degree in any field.
Good communication of English language.
Good command of MS office.
1 to 2 years experience in related field is a must.
Very good communication and negitiation skills , patient , fast learner , self motivated.
