– Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
– Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
– Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
– Managing internal and external contracts.
– Managing budgets and supporting the financial department with following up the payments
– Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
– Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant work experience
– Ability to take initiatives
– Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
– Demonstrated ability to perform duties with a high level of professionalism and flexibility.
– Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferably residents of Heliopolis or Nasr City.
