Title: Personal Assistant

JOB ROLE
*Reporting to senior management and performing secertrial and administrative duties.
* Typing formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
*Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
*Manging internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
*Scheduling appointments, maintaing an events calendar and sending reminders.
*Copying, scanning and fixing documents as well as taking notes.
*Observing best business practices and etiquette.

REQUIREMENTS
1-Graduate from a reputable university
2-Certification in secertrial work, office administration or related trainings
3- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant with experience from 2-3 years
4-Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5-Advanced typing, note-taking, record keeping and organizational skills
4-Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English & Arabic languages
5-Ability to join immediately
