Opay Egypt is Hiring Finance Assistant Manager
Job Requirements:
· Assist Finance Managers to ensure all financial activities are properly performed.
· Responsible for the preparation of income and balance sheet statements, consolidated and various other accounting statements and reports.
· Analyses financial reports, reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal vouchers, payroll records, sales and purchase ledgers, etc.
• Work closely with external auditors, internal within country management to ensure that financial accounting systems are maintained which provide accurate information on legal entity and Business Area performance. ·
. Cash flow management.
· Determine the potential tax effects on the company FS and improve company financial position.
· TB review, Validate Ensure day-to day transactions accurately posted to GL, Aging, build up accruals, unearned revenues and provisions including all monthly closing activities.

• Manage the working capital of the legal entity by ensuring timely receivables actions, expediting vendor payables in a manner beneficial to the entity and in a socially responsible manner whilst keeping tight control of all finance activity.
Prepare and verify tax forms in alignment with Egyptian tax law to ensure proper submission
· Manage the preparation of different tax declarations and ensure the payments of all kinds of taxes in the deadlines and as per its legal forms to avoid any penalties or fines.
· Prepare annual tax reconciliation reports.
· Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database
