Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Qualifications
• At least 6 months to 1-year customer service experience
• Fluent English (Verbally and written)
• Graduates only
• Maximum age 28
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Work conditions
• Rotational Shifts and rotational days off
• 2 Rotational days off
• Shifts starts from 9 Am to 11 Pm.
• 9 working hours
• Location: 5th settlement

• Fixed salary from 4500 to 5000 based on fluency
