Jupiter is looking for Operation Specialist .
-Tasks and Duties:
•Assigns instructors to conduct training.
•Schedules classes, based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors.
•Responsible for Training material , certificates , and evaluation .
•Responsible for payments, whether to instructor, from trainees or any training related payments.
•Monitors budget to ensure that training costs do not exceed allocated funds.
•Periodical giving suggestions for the development the training department.
•First Line help desk support (Check connectivity status)
•Daily Check Classes PCs
•Follow up with clients
•Report any Technical issues to IT department
-Job Specification
•Must have a bachelor’s degree.
•Very Good English language.
•Knowledge of network basics
•Knowledge of operating system basics
