– Recruitment Specialist
Location:- New Cairo
Qualifications as below:
– 1+ years of experience in the Hr field.
– Excellent command of English.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Presentable.
– Females only are welcomed to apply.
Responsibilities:
– Handling interviews and hiring process.
– Create and publish job ads in various portals.
– Screen resumes and job applications.
– Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
– Collaborate with line Managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
– Conduct orientation/onboarding sessions for candidates.
Working days: Sunday – Thursday
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
