BARQ Systems- Egypt Office is hiring “Service Delivery Account Manager ” with the below qualifications;
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
• Experience: minimum 3 years experience in Project Management.
• Very good Command of English.
– Follow up on all ongoing offered service delivery
– Review all provided SOW from Presales Team
– Optimize service scope cost and duration.
– Mention risk, opportunities & risk mitigation processes.
– Share findings with all internal stakeholders.
– Work on reviewing services documentation before archiving.
– Update standard dictionary once service delivered.
– Lead service SOW change on running the business.
– Review SOs regularly and mentioned closed services on spot.
– Follow up on SLA with customers to assure customer satisfaction.
– Follow up on all RMA processes across internal stakeholders.
– Analyze, validate, and compare actual with planned information to update the lessons learned register.
