1- “Customer Care & Training advisor”
*Job description* :
– assist the Clints and answer their inquiries about the training programs that EgyCham has provided

*Job Requirements* :
– from V. good to Fluent in English
– Very good communicator and can deal with Class A customers
– Experience from 0 – 2 years of experience (must have his own way of persuading)
– Nasr city residence or Nearby.

2- Admin Assistant

*Job description* :
– Welcome EgyCham Clients/ Visitors and assist them in all their inquiries
-Making Confirmation Calls for training programs
– Assist Financial Department in Cash Collection and related tasks
– Prepare Training Tools and material
– Schedules, prepares agenda and meeting materials and types minutes for various meetings.

*Job Requirements* :
– from V. good in English
– Very good communicator and can deal with Class A customers
– Experience from 1 – 3 years of experience (must have his own way of persuading)
– Nasr city residence or Nearby.
