HR Specialist jobs in Alexandria April 2021

Well established construction co. is seeking to hire “HR. specialist ”
– Assistance with day-to-day management of Human Resources Operation.
– Responsible for the recruitment process from job posting, contacting candidates, pre-screen candidates, conducting the first interviews and other recruitment related tasks.
– Assist with on boarding and off boarding of staff.
– Compile data, statistics and other information to support HR programs and functions.
– Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
Requirements:
– 3-4 years’ experience of experience in HR
– Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources,
– HR. Diploma OR certificates are must .
– Proficient computer skills,
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic is required.
– Strong Analytical Skills.
– High attention to detail and time management skills.
