EvyapEvyap Egypt is highly excited to announce the open vacancy of an ‘Admin Assistant’:

Our ideal candidate should be able to perform the following Job Description:
Handle all travel arrangements & hotel booking.
Translating all required documents.
Scheduling meetings and conferences.
Handling couriers.
Handling Expenses claims and office invoices and send them to the financial department.
Managing the office supplies and perform other related duties as required (Scanning, Sending e-mails, handling phone calls… etc.)

• Bachelor degree graduated
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well being Presentable
• Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
• Process oriented and having an eye for details
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Experience in FMCG business would be preferable
