‘ Quality Control Section Head- Borg El Arab ‘
Main Responsibilities:
•Reporting all Quality control results / process, chemical analysis, Suppliers Evaluations & Non- conformance, daily defect report, soap overweight and calibration etc.
•Follow-up all inputs & outputs of raw material and finished goods products.
•Responsible for the consumption calculation to create the bill of materials
•Responsible for analyzing customer complaints to develop preventative actions
•Responsible for gathering the export countries requirement and ensure that the product matching with customer requirement
•Create the technical drawings for all new products & revise the new artworks
•Must have a solid understanding of audit principles, procedures, and methods, and be able to apply those in order to execute an audit effectively.
Desired Education, skills and Knowledge
•BSc. degree from an accredited university in Chemical Engineering or Science Major Chemistry
•5 to 7 years of working experience in Quality management with exposure to performing QC/QA
