Job title: Admin Assistant and Receptionist

Job Accountabilities:
Responding, replying and following up on the email
• Manage and schedule Top Management Meetings
• Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
• Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipient and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree with any related fields
• Very Good English skills is a must
• Excellent command of MS office skills
• +2 years of experience in the same field
• High communication and personal presentation skills
• Females
