Job description:
• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and repair of Villas
• Oversees third party staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains Villas systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Tracking facilities service requests and ensures requests are completed within established timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinating work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades.
• Training sub-contractors on policies and procedures
