About the Job
Avaya core unified communications lead responsible for design, implementation, configuration, daily operation and upgrading of core Avaya (Aura, IP-Office Products) including System Manager, Session Manager, Communications Manager, Media Server, Voice Gateways G450/G430/G650, Application Enablement (AES), Contact Center Products (Elite) SIP trunking, and SIP endpoints.
Perform discovery of customer telephony environments for configuration and requirements gathering.
Lead active deployment of Avaya Aura unified communication systems.
Monitor project schedules and team tasks.
Job Requirements
(Cisco, HPE) product experience Unified Communications and Networking (Core Level).
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Network Programming and Operating Systems
Sharp troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
Knowledge of baseline SE skills and knowledge in specific technology.
A valid Professional level of the IP Telephone is a Must…
Ability to work independently
Avaya (Aura, IP-Office).
