Clematis Properties is a real estate brokerage company based in Dubai and Cairo, We’re looking for experienced property consultants
You’re required to Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold calling, advertising, and business presentations.
-Achieve sales targets set by the company.
-Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
-Review property listings,trade journals, and relevant literature in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate market
-Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale
-Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients
-Identifying the most cost effective approach to help clients achieve their objectives.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-A bachelor’s degree holder with a business administration major or relevant field.
-Proven property consultancy experience.
-Strong negotiation skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Residents of New Cairo, Katamiya, Maadi, Nasr city.
-Presentable
-Must have a car
-Excellent English proficiency
