Company: PRO GROW EGYPT (HR Capital Consultations)
Location: NEW MAADI
• Initiate calls according to the assigned database contacts to follow up with existing customers and prospects ones to explain services provided by the company.
• Maintain and search for data base, contact lists and sending regular emails for prospect clients and follow-ups.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Act as the point of contact for external clients
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets etc..
• Contact customers to check if the customer is satisfied with the service or not.
• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Bachelor Degree.
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Administration.
• Knowledge of office management systems
• Very Good in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Very Good time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• salary 4000 EGP
