Recording expenses and reconciliation with invoices
Keeping track of all payments including payroll, purchase orders, invoices and statements
Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding balance
Transfer salaries through E payroll banking or submit a report to Treasury person for cash cases
Submit a monthly report of value-added tax (VAT)
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Preparing analyses of accounts monthly reports
Job requirements:
Experience in IT – E commerce Field is a must at least 2 years out of the 6 years.
Experience in online transactions, online money transfers and Vat are must.
Understand and apply accounting principles and practices.
Obtaining training courses or workshops in financial for non-financials.
Knowledge of recent developments in the applications and data retrieval and preparation of financial reports and accounting standards.
