Senior Customer service executive requirements:
– At least 3 years in the CS field in Call center or Hotels
-V.good command of English
– V.Good in Microsoft Office
-Ability to lead CS account
– Ability to create a script from scratch
– Ability to generate a weekly report about performance and appraisal
-Ability to Coach and redirect behaviors
– Ability to propose new CS solutions
– Nasr city residence is preferred
– Details Oriented
– Proven ability to deliver outstanding CS
