1- University Degree in computer science
2- 3 years of technical support experience .
3- Certificates of MCSE,CCNA, Mail Server,Internet and Client/Server.
4-Up-to-date with the telecommunication techniques and applications
5- Experience in firewall and load balancing( Hw/ SW).
Main Duties and responsibilities :
1-Provide Technical support in information processing for all departments
2- Perform any support needed for either hardware or software.
3- Receive and document an equitable amount of telephone calls from end users having problems using computer software and hardware or inquiring how to use specific software including multiple operating systems, electronic mail and application software.
4- Investigate and identify hardware/software-related issues, take appropriate corrective actions, provide expedient problem resolution.
5- Document standard written troubleshooting procedures.
6-Troubleshoot and resolve routine network problems.
7-Install and maintain network components.
8-Maintain an inventory on equipment, such as monitors and printers
9-Communicates with individual and departmental clients/users on the resolution of system problems and serves as a resource to system users
10-Effectively identifies problems and their solutions.
