Location:- Cairo- El Obour
Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems,
networks, printers and scanners
• Provide technical support for incoming issues related to computer
systems, software, and hardware.
• Repairing and replacing equipment’s as necessary
• Follow up with end-users to ensure issue has been resolved.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Qualifications:
• bachelor degree of Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 1-2 years’ experience in the same role.
• Mac OS knowledge would be preferred.
• MCSA and CCNA would be preferred.
