Junior IT Support Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
• Implementation, support, and daily operation including user support, Windows servers and related systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, and the network.
• Ensure the availability and stability of the server, storage, and backup environments.
• Establish, maintain, and document IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Expert knowledge in how operating systems works.
• Must have: Knowledge of – MCSA, CCNA and server environment.
• Nice to Haves: Scripting (PowerShell, Python and CMD), MS SQL, Firewall UTM experience.
Job Requirements:
• University Degree in Comm, Comp. Engineering or Computer Science.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English skills
