CPM (Construction & Project Management Consultancy) is hiring Senior Architectural Engineer.Job Description
– Experience in architecture and urban design.
– Review design drawings, specifications and ability to coordination between them.
– Preparation architectural working and shop drawings.
– Preparation of specifications and B.O.Q for subcontractors.
– Estimating the quantity of required materials and equipment.
Requirements
– + 10 years’ experiences in the same field.
– Very Good knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
– Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office “MS Word – MS Excel – MS PowerPoint – Outlook”.
– Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills.
– Good Command of English Language “Spoken and Written”.
Work conditions
– Working location at “The new administrative capital & Nasr City”.
– From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
