Warehouse Keeper- Exp: 1-3 years
Responsibilities:
– Receive material daily reports from Senior
storekeepers to prepare merged material daily report for Civil and MEP stores to send it to warehouse manager,
construction managers and QA-QC.
– Receive store receiving vouchers and store issuing
vouchers and send it to Construction manager, project manager and warehouse manager.
– Receive internal memo sheet and send it to
Project manager for approval in order to send it to
procurement.
– Receive the receiving requests from site engineers to release the required material.
– Follow up the filing system regard warehouse
documents.
– Follow up the cleanliness of the warehouse facility and the tidiness of Martial.
– Follow up the security of the stores whether health and safety and the security precautions.
